Why is my dog having throat spasms and swallowing a lump after eating?

I have a german shephard mix 2 year old dog named Storm. He has been having these throat spasms the last hour, almost two. 2-10 minutes apart. He'll lick and yawn and look like hes swallowing. A lump in his throat moves as he does this. Should I be concerned? This started shortly after he ate his dinner. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 40 lbs

If there is vomiting, excessive drooling, or reluctance to eat, then it’s time to see your vet. Best of luck to you and Storm.
