My dog is shaking and anxious after outside with belly bites. Why?

My dog has been acting anxious after coming in from outside. She lays down and shakes and whimpers after going out to go potty. It takes her a couple hours to calm down. I haven’t found anything new or unusual in her outdoor space. I have found on her belly she has what look like a bunch of ant bites. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | spayed | 6 years and 3 months old | 65 lbs

What you are describing sounds as if Winnie may be dealing with a skin infection or skin allergy. I would start using the below recommended products and see if this helps.
