Is it ok to give a little bit of honey to my 6month wheaten puppy so his body will be somewhat immune to pollen in the spring. Thank you for your help. Pet's info: Dog | Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier | Male | unneutered | 25 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! You can give dogs honey but it should be only very small amounts due to the sugar content. I do not think it will do much to prevent allergies though. But to try for that purpose be sure to purchase honey from your exact location. I hope this helps!
