My picky senior dog won't take pills. What glucosamine treats?

I have a 9 1/2 year old GSD and want to start him on glucosamine chrondroitin. He is a very picky eater and will not take a pill, no matter how cleverly I think I have disguised it. Could you please recommend a brand that comes in some type of treat rather than a pill? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 95 lbs
