Hello! I have the 45mg tablets of Program flea treatment. How many tablets should I give a 100lb dog? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 100 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Program is not a great medication to prevent fleas or help an infestation. There are WAY better medications. Program only sterilizes the female flea. It doesn't kill them For a 100 lb dog you would have to give 10 (ten) 45 mg tablets once monthly. The 45 mg size is only for up 10lbs. They make a tablet (409.8mg) tablets for 46-90 lbs. For dogs over 90 lbs you combine the tablets. I would use a different product. I hope this helps!
