My dog has falling teeth. How can i brush her teeth without hurting her. And her teeth are quite bad. Some are brown

It may be appropriate to use very soft/baby toothbrush or possibly one of those fingerbrushes so you can have more control over the brushing. If the some teeth are falling, there is no harm in letting them falling anyway (it may be actually best).
