My cat is lethargic, pooping everywhere, and not eating. What's wrong?

My cat isn’t moving from the windowsill and is pooping everywhere and isn’t eating regularly

I’m sorry to hear about Lady! It’s definitley time to seek veterinary help. I’m hopeful that it’s just parasites but with the loss of appetite, some further investigation is warranted. Your vet will do a good physical exam and ask plenty of questions. Bring a stool sample in case your vet needs to look at one under the microscope. He or she may recommend some fluids or other treatment depending on Lady’s hydration status. In the mean time, encourage Lady to eat and bring water to her if she won’t move.
