My chihuahua's claw is very swollen and painful. What should I do?

My chihuahua has a claw that is swollen to three times the size. What should I do? A couple weeks ago I looked at her claws and one was kind of hooked and the other was broken in half. Not sure which is the swollen one now. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs
