Is a muzzle or electric collar a good solution for a dog who lunges and snaps at people/other dogs? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 90 lbs

A muzzle can be used for safety and to avoid liability. A better solution would be to schedule a consultation with a certified veterinary behaviorist and/or trainer to determine the triggers then work on gradually acclimating Waffles to people and other dogs so he doesn't respond or react negatively.
