My dog ate plastic from a gas can and drank gasoline. What now?

Dog just ate plastic gas can and swallowed mouth full of gas

Your dog may experience some GI upset, not only from ingesting the plastic but because of the gasoline as well. Gas can be harmful to thebthrpat/esophagus and can cause ulcerations and vomiting. I would recommend contacting your veterinarian as soon as possible because decontamination treatment may need to be started. Also, it would be a good idea to contact the pet poison helpline ( http://www.petpoisonhelpline.com/ ) Let us know if you have any other questions or if Griffey shows any other signs of illness.
