We just got our puppy 2 days ago. We've noticed she has several pimples that have a head. She's got one on her belly, lip, and inside her ear. Is it normal for her to have zits? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 4 days old | 16.6 lbs

Congratulations on your sweet new puppy! Immature oil glands can cause little pimple-like lesions. These “pimples” can also be due to a small skin infection (pyoderma). If more of them crop up or Aspen seems itchy in those areas, see your veterinarian. Hope this helps and best of luck to you and Aspen!
