What to do if my lovebird is sick, perching low with drowsy eyes?

My love bird. Seems sick. She is perched down with her head hidden. When I speak to her she looks at me with drowsy eyes. What can I do to help her? She still flys a little and drinks water still. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

Hi and thank you for your question, Sorry to hear about Melody. Unfortunately, there is not a lot you can do at home, and the signs you are describing are to general to know what is causing this. You will have to take her to the the vet ASAP as this may be life threatening. Regards
