Sometimes my dog twitches and snores in her sleep. Should I be concerned about seizures?

Occassional twitches or movements while sleeping can be normal. If she is having no other problems and does not have twitching or seizurelife activity while she is awake, then I suspect it is normal sleep. Some dogs snore just as some people do. Dogs with shorter noses such as bulldogs, shihtzus etc may be more prone to snoring but any dog can snore. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
