My cat ate recalled food and won't eat or drink. How to get vet help?

I have no money to take my aniamls to a vet. My dog cruch and my cat titter had ate some of the recalled dog food gravy train cruch is feel better but my cat will not eat or drink anything. They havent got in to anything for they are inside only animal. PLEASE HELP
