My cat has crusts on her skin that bleed. Should I see a vet?

I've noticed something like crusts on my cats skin. They are usually tiny and when i remove them, there is some hair attached to them. But now I've noticed a bigger one, it was really hard to remove and it's a bit bloodier. I don't know if i should have removed it, now there's a tiny wound. I uploaded picture before, while and after the crust (or whatever it was) was removed. Should I be worried?

It does need to be seen and treated by a vet but it is not concerning enough to be an emergency. This can be from scratching or a skin infection. Just keep the area clean and let a scab form until you can him checked by a vet this week
