My puppy is vomiting and has diarrhea. When is it an emergency?

Hello it's me taha from Pakistan. I'm very worried about my puppy she is 5 weeks old and consistently vomit and she have watery diarrhea. I consulted Veterinary clinic they have several medication imodium entamizol flygel but it's not making her better. I'm very worried about my puppy. Plz do something and give me reply as soon as possible in afraid do loose her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 month and 16 days old | 4 lbs

Hi. Poor Bela. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do from home that will help Bela. If she isn't improving, I would get her in to the ER clinic right away. She will eventually become dehydrated and will most likely need hospitalization. In puppies with vomiting and diarrhea, we worry about parasites, and a viral intestinal infection called parvo. The latter can become very serious without appropriate supportive care and medications. Please contact the emergency clinic or head there as soon as you can.
