My 40-day-old puppy ate hard biscuits, now won't eat. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 16 days old | 10 lbs

Sir my puppy is 40 days old. I ordered some biscuits for him. He like them very most. He ate lot of them. He didn't ate any food afternoon except the biscuit. After that evening I provide him food he didn't ate and I provide him the same biscuit he spilt it out. What will be the reason. He didn't eat whole night. Any other food including the chicken biscuit he like .l tasted the biscuit it was so hard to bite for me. Is that any pblm with that

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your question! The hard biscuit may be difficult for him to chew. I would try and feed him soft / canned dog food and see how he does with that. If he is still not eating and continuing to worsen, I would recommend having Maximus examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. He may be going through a phase where he is particular about the texture of the food and changing it to a more soft food may help quite a bit. I hope this helps!
