My 2 year old Shi tzu cross silky terrier Wally has had skin allergy issues for abou 6 mths they don’t bother him too much after adopting a diet meant to help with skin issues. He skill licks his paws and scratches but not as much. Today when giving him a bath I noticed some spots all over his belly (see photos). I can’t see signs of fleas and I regularly give him fleas and tick treatment. I’m just not sure whether I should be worried. They are only on his belly and the inside of his legs.

I am so sorry but the pictures never attached. If Wally has spots I recommend a veterinarian. If you can re-submit the question again with the photos, that way we can see what the spots look like. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
