Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 10 days old | 19 lbs
My goldendoodle has had a watery eye since I got her last Saturday. She is almost 10 weeks. In the morning she wakes up with white-yellowish mucus in one eye. When I look at her eye, it seems that her lower eyelid is going inwards or that her hair is touching her cornea. A vet saw her on Monday, checked her cornea and said she didn't have anything in her cornea... but I think it is getting worse. she is also very lethargic. What can it be?

Did your veterinarian give any treatment? That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
