9-week puppies have soft tan poop. Should I feed dry food twice daily?

My 9 week old puppies' feces are a light tanish color and real soft and began that way ever since i began feeding them puppy food mixed with water..would it be a safe and nutritional idea if i fed them hard food without water mixed in it? Would it be safe to feed them just 2 times a day?

It is safe to take the water out, though usually that does not cause soft stool. Having a small kibble can help a lot for small dogs if needed. My concern is that perhaps they have worms or something else going on? Try a good puppy Dewormer like sentry or Bayer Quad Dewormer (PetCo). Use one that is labeled for their weight and follow the package directions. Deworm everyone at the same time. And unless they are smaller than 3 lbs, it is fine to move to twice daily feedings.
