I have just found out my dog has struvite crystals and inflamed prostate what would happen next. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 5 months old | 63 lbs

Intact dogs with prostate infections are usually treated with antibiotics. Ideally a culture of the urine will help guide the antibiotic choice but sometimes a culture isn’t available.
