Is my golden retriever's red thigh after TTA surgery normal?

My golden retriever had TTA surgery on Tuesday and her inner thigh has gotten extremely red. At first I thought it was just going irritation but it seems to have only gotten worse. I haven't seen any discharge but her leg is still totally bandaged up. We have an appointment to follow up with my vet at 4 PM (CST) tomorrow. Can it wait until then? Should I call them first thing when they open? Or is this more of an emergency? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 4 years and 7 months old | 78 lbs

This should be ok to wait until tomorrow to be rechecked by the veterinarian that performed the procedure. By using typically resolved after the first couple of weeks.
