My Maltese Yorkie mix at at least 2 large purple grapes, that I know of. I know to look for vomiting and diarrhea, but how long should I watch my dog till I know she will be ok or not?

Grape toxicity can cause kidney disease and failure. An increase in drinking and urination along with anorexia and vomiting are common side effects of that. These generally stay within 24 hours with the most severe starting 24-48 hours. So 2 days is the time to monitor for any toxicity
