I kissed my dog and got eye gunk in my mouth. Should I be worried?

This is a weird and gross one but, I kissed my dog on the face and a little of his gooey stuff from his eye got in my mouth and I instantly rinsed it out with water. Can something happen I should be worried about?

Been there, done that. It's a bit gross, but fortunately there is virtually no risk of this causing illness in a person. If your dog was ill at the time, then I would want to narrow-down the illness before giving you the all-clear. If your dog is completely healthy, then I would not worry at all.
