My dog has a hard, bleeding neck bump and now a bubble. What is it?

Please help! My dog had a huge bump on his neck and it was hard not squishy and it got worse within days and his whole jaw was swollen like with the bump then it sprayed blood all over the place and eventually the bump was gone but his face was still swollen and now he has a bubble like bump on his neck it seems to be filled with air but it looks so bad please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 65 lbs
