I am very sorry to hear about Sweet. It can be frustrating when we are trying to fix a problem and it doesn’t seem to be improving. It sounds like it is time to do some more advanced testing on Sweet. This may include imaging such as ultrasound of the abdomen, or a barium contrast study. More in depth bloodwork may also be needed to check for underlying endocrine disease such as Addison’s disease or problems with liver or kidney function leading to nausea. The more advanced testing will hopefully provide more guidance as to the cause of Sweet’s issues and guide treatment. Best of luck to you!
