Best potato, chicken, grain-free dog food for anal gland problems?

HI - I need help finding a dog food that is potato, chicken and grain free. My cavalier has anal gland expression issues where she needs them expressed biweekly, I was recommended to use this type of food, but when I look at a lot of the ingredients I see chicken fat or chicken meal. Can you suggest one with these exclusions?

I like hydrolyzed protein diets for the hypoallergenic diet trial. Hills z/d and Purina HA are my 2 favorites. They make the protein sources so small that the immune system can not recognize it as an allergen. Diet trials should be continued for 12 weeks to know if they are helping.
