Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | 1 year and 1 month old | 15 lbs
My 2 yr old chihuahua has been having an episode weekly that looks like seizure, he sits in a praying postion, and his back legs and body shivers. This happens every week! When he was a puppy he got stepped on his foot, and then a year ago from jumping on couch from excitment his leg got caught on couch somehow and he cried in pain, he walks ok runs ok. Could this be muscle tremors?

This is actually a sign of abdominal pain. Common causes are pancreatitis, gall bladder disease and intestinal disease. The incident with the couch appears to be a separate issue and not serious if he is waling fine. It's best to have Toby seen by a vet sometime soon, so the specific problem can be identified. If he does the pray stance/shaking again, then it would be best to take a video to show to the vet. I hope that helps and Toby gets better soon.
