Why does my mother dog eat puppy poop and then throw up brown vomit?

I have a 1.5 yr old American terrier rednose pitbull that had her first litter almost 10 weeks ago. She is still trying to clean up their poop and after she sneaks to eat it she pukes everywhere. When she pukes her vomit is brown, liquid, smells like poop. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 26 days old | 60 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sadly I think that Mocha has developed a taste for their stool and it is behavioral. I would clean up aggressively after the puppies and prevent her from access the room where she could eat the stool. I am assuming the puppies will be leaving soon for their new homes so this should be only temporary. There is no medication or preventative to stop this behavior. I hope this helps!
