My dog chewed vape liquid. When will symptoms show and is she safe?

My 5 year old golden retriever chewed a bottle of e cigarette e liquid. The bottle was mainly still full, but there was some small holes. It was a 10ml bottle of 1.6mg strength liquid. This was 3 hours ago. I have given her 2 large bowls of water and she has shown no symptoms - when would symptoms show and when will I know if she will be ok. Thank you. If she ingested 16 mg of nicotine, that would potentially be below what we would consider toxic, but every dog is different. If Hollie develops any agitation, vomiting, drooling, or any other abnormal clinical signs, please seek emergency veterinary care immediately. Good luck!
