My chihuahua ate a condom. Can I use peroxide to make her vomit?

My chihuahua ate a condom from the garbage can about fifteen minutes ago. I read that I can give her peroxide but I’m afraid of messing it up. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 24 days old | 7 lbs

Peroxide can be damaging to the esophagus and stomach as it causes a lot of inflammation and irritation. Taking her to a vet so they can give an injectable medicine to induce vomiting is an option. The concern is it has potential to get stuck half way up and cause problems if lodged there. Sometimes this will not pass through the intestines and will require surgery to be removed. Having her asses by a vet now would be best. If not you should monitor for vomiting, lethargy, anorexia and diarrhea
