Just adopted a Black Mouth Cur. Are they aggressive or good with kids?

Pet's info: Dog | Black Mouth Cur | Male | 2 months and 2 days old | 4.4 lbs

hi there! my family just adopted a dog from a nearby petshop, they said that he was a breed of pug and french bulldog (idk how), but after several "research" we found out that our dog is a Black Mouth Cur. our BMC, we name him Rocky, has been showing a very loving nature but we've seen in the internet that BMC is also a hunting dog and tends to be sensitive, so is there anything we need to be aware of in training him? like, does BMC develop aggressive traits, or how are they towards children

Curs are loyal and tough dogs. They are smart and as long as they have an energy outlet such as playing outside or going on walks they do well. There is nothing special needed to train them as they adapt well. In general the breed does not have aggressive nature’s but any breed can have a bad line that is aggressive or bad with children so there is never a guarantee
