What causes dog dandruff and hair loss? How to treat it affordably?

My pet has been getting these dandruff like flakes on her skin and also havy hairloss. Is there any meds, diet or Product you can suggest Because where I live, pet treatments are very expensive So I hope may be you can prescribe it So that we can get it ourselves. Thank you. I am sorry to hear that Bella is so uncomfortable. However, the pictures you post make me very suspicious that she has some skin infections. These should be examined to decide if it is bacterial, yeast , or a combination infection to decide how best to treat it. In the meantime You can bathe in a shampoo with chlorhexidine or salicylic acid. These can be found in the human shampoo aisle in the dandruff area. Best of luck and I hope she improves soon.
