My calf ate box shrub leaves. Lethargic, teeth grinding. What to do?

We have a three month old cow that ate some leaves from a box shrub yesterday. Since then she has barely drank any of her milk (which she usually is a pig for), and is more lethargic. I also noticed her grinding her teeth today which per a forum, indicates GI pain? Any suggestions on what to do? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed | 250 lbs

The leaves were probably toxic. As it’s already been a few days she should be recovering. If she’s worse you need veterinary care.
