I am very sorry that Rambo has been so itchy! I would try the following tactics to help him have some relief: Repeat the oatmeal bath once weekly for the next two weeks Treat both Rambo and your home for fleas Consider a switch to a different pet food, happy to discuss this further in a separate post on the forum if you can share with me what Rambo eats now we can go from there Fish oil supplemts formulated for dogs Evening primrose oil or vitamin e formulated for dogs Some pet owners find that Benadryl can provide tenrporay relief while the underlying causes of the itch are being dealt with; https://www.petcoach.co/canigive/dog/benadryl/ If these tactics have not helped in a few days to reliev the itch please post another question so I can help you and Rambo further! Thank you for using PetCoach.
