Hi can my tiel eat gluten free oat? If yes should it be soaked or dry? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 3 months and 28 days old

Hi and thank you for the question, The oats (dry or soaked) will do him no harm, but are not necessary either. His diet should be based on commercial pellets for small parrots if available. Otherwise a seed mixture can be used but should be supplemented with vitamins/minerals and some fruits/veggies if he eats them. Regards
