My chihuahua puppy has spreading white bumps on his head. What is it?

I just got a chihuahua puppy about a week ago, he had one white solid bump on his head when I got him but now he has alot of them. They vary in size, he is not losing hair nor seems to be in any distress or bothered by them in any way. He is eating well, plays and is very active. He is only about 9 weeks old . Should I be concerned? Is this something like puppy acne or could it be something bad? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | 2 months and 10 days old | 1lb

It may be the start of a bacterial infection or the mange. Since it is spreading, I would have him checked as these require different medication to be treated. Just try to keep the area clean and dry until you get him checked.
