Why is my baby cockatiel sneezing, has a red eye, and won't eat?

My cockatiel has a red eye which may be due to an injury caused by another cockatiel. I have noticed that she sneezes alot. Her voice box is not that clear as well and she wont eat at all. I have to forcefully give her formula. She is only 1 and a half months old or 2. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed
