My cat is sick and sleeping with his head down. What should I do?

Why is my cat sleeping in this position? He's not very well right now,and he keeps digging his head like this. Is there anything I can do to help him? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 8 lbs

I am sorry to hear that he is so sick. When cats are very sick and dehydrated, especially if their potassium level is low then it is hard for them to hold the head up, it takes too much energy.
