My baby parakeet is small and seems underfed. Can I give it formula?

Good Morning, My parakeets hatched 4 baby birds. The smallest died within a week and there are now 3 left. The two oldest birds are 2 weeks old. The third baby is half the size of the other two and we are worried it is not getting enough food. Could we give it some supplement baby bird food? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female
