My neutered male dog is humping. Can he get my female dog pregnant?

Hi,my male dog is neutered,but he has started mating with hazal since yesterday,can he make her pregnent?!should i prevent them from doing this?!my female dog seems too scared,does it have anything to do with this?! Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 20 days old

If he was neutered a long time ago this is probably a dominant behavior not related to the sex hormones. If he was castrated recently he could have made her pregnant as the sperm may survive in various storage areas of the male reproduction tract for up to 6 weeks after neutering.
