my cat keeps eating dog food, no matter where we hide it he will get into it and eat it, he has had blood in his poop for weeks now and now he is starting to vomit a pinkish liquid with like milky bubbles at the top

Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The dog food Arthur's been eating could be causing the gastrointestinal upset, but it could be due to other causes such as a parasitic infection or bacterial/viral infection. I would recommend having Arthur seen by his veterinarian soon. I would also bring a fecal sample to your vet's appointment in case your vet would want to test Arthur's stool for parasites, viruses, or bacteria. Until then, I'd try and feed a bland diet of boiled chicken, rice, and plain canned pumpkin (not the pie filling) to help ease his stomach. I hope this helps and thanks again for posting!
