My puppy's penis tip is red after grooming. Is it normal or serious?

So I had my 4 months old bichon frise groomed for the very first time. When I picked him up I noticed something wrong with the testicle area. When I saw his actual penis, i noticed the tip was red. Does this normal or should I be taking him to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 7 days old | 8.6 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! From your pictures that is actually normal . The tip of the prepuce can look like that because you can see the inside tissue of the prepuce. I would assume that you can see if better now since the hair has been removed. Unless he is uncomfortable and licking his penis I wouldn't take him in. I hope this helps!
