My dog has had bloody discharge for a month. Is it an infection?

On 7 January onwards my dog is suffering with periods upto now, generally female dogs female dog's will be mating at 9 or 11 or, 13 days my dog is suffering periods for one month it is infections or what. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 15 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Jimmy! If Jimmy has been having 1 month of bloody vaginal discharge then I do not think she is in heat. I would have her examined by a Vet to see if she has an infected uterus (pyometra). An infected uterus should be removed. I hope this helps and I wish Jimmy the very best!
