Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. Judging from the photo, what you are seeing is an adult tapeworm. You need a medication that contains a dewormer called Praziquantal to treat this. I would speak with your vet as there are multiple options. There are also over the counter products that you can find at your local pet store. I hope this helps!
