My dog ate pizza crust, now his stomach gurgles. Should I worry?

My dog was fed pizza crust. His stomach is beginning to make noises/gurgling sounds. Should i be concerned or should i just let it digest itself. if so, what should i do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 60 lbs

Hello. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I honestly don't think I would be too worried about this. He should be able to digest this just fine. The most that will likely happen is he may have some diarrhea. Just keep an eye on him and if he starts vomiting or has severe diarrhea then you should take him to your vet for an exam.
