Why is my dog walking backward with chest pain near front legs?

My dog is acting like her chest hurts around her front legs. It started about 4 hours ago. She is also walking backwards . Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 3 months old | 30 lbs
