Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 15 lbs

I got a pup from a random person out of state. He's not wanting to eat he wasn't drinking any water. He would throw up anytime he would drink anything, it was green mucus. He's drinking Gatorade and holding it down fine but sill won't eat. He seemed interested but didn't want it still. What should I do ?

Hello, sorry to hear about Jacks. He should be evaluated by a vet to ensure he does not have parasites or other infections that could hinder his appetite. You should bring a fresh stool sample to your vet appointment so that it could be tested for parasites. Other potential causes include ingestion of foreign material or even a change in diet. Hope this helps and best of luck.
