My puppy vomited green mucus and won't eat. What should I do?

I got a pup from a random person out of state. He's not wanting to eat he wasn't drinking any water. He would throw up anytime he would drink anything, it was green mucus. He's drinking Gatorade and holding it down fine but sill won't eat. He seemed interested but didn't want it still. What should I do ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 15 lbs
