Why is my 9-week puppy clumsy, walking in circles, and not playing?

Hi, I have a puppy name Dino he is almost 9weeks old since last Saturday he stop playing, he’s walking in circles trying to find me when I call his name out loud. His vet appointment is scheduled for next week Friday. I’m too worried. Before this happened he will run around and have fun but now all he do is eat and cries every time he can’t find. He’s clumsy and walks into the wall or Furniture. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 4 days old

Oh my goodness, Dino is so adorable! I don't know if this is a huge problem or not. I suggest you get him to your vet for an exam sooner rather than later. Based on your description I would be worried he is having issues with his vision. I can't see anything outwardly abnormal with his eyes just by looking at the photos but that doesn't really mean anything. Your vet will need to use an ophthalmoscope to check inside the eyes and do some vision testing. I don't think it is an emergency but I would try to get him an appointment as soon as you can schedule it. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
