Why is my dog lethargic, groaning, not eating, and has cold paws?

My dog has extremely cold paws, is hardly drinking or eating, lying down looking sad, groans when she walks which isnt her usual bouncy self. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 2 years and 10 months old | 37 lbs

I would recommend taking Flo to a veterinarian. Her symptoms are vague and could mean a lot of different things.
